Melissa specializes in both landlord and tenant representation for retail clients. She provides brokerage and consulting in Oregon and SW Washington on both new developments and existing retail centers. Melissa currently participates in Lease negotiation market analysis for over 950,000 SF of shopping center space in the greater Portland MSA.
Melissa has developed and implemented a variety of tenant representation assignments including market analysis, site selection and negotiations throughout Oregon and Washington. She has been responsible for single tenant assignments as well as overall market penetration analysis, implementation and follow-through. Melissa has worked with national, regional and local tenants on an exclusive basis.
